Track IR randomly not working... HELP!!!

I want to make this short and sweet, last night my Track IR worked fine, today I started it up and it started acting crazy and wouldn't pick up my track clip or anything and it displayed some odd red blotches on the camera section. I did not update software or change anything, I also restarted my PC switched USB ports and re installed my soft ware and I still got nothing. When I load it my camera displays 4 red lights and then just starts tweaking out and moving erratic in random directions. Can anyone help me? I'll attach some pictures. The only variable the changed is that it's during the day, and I usually use it at night time for my Arma operations but I drew the shades on my windows and its now cloudy and still doing the same thing, but other than that I haven't done anything to it.

Hello Gator_08,

It looks like there may be a window directly behind you that is causing the interference. Make sure that there are no reflective surfaces, windows with direct sunlight or bright lights in the view of the camera. If you go into the advanced settings of TrackIR's software and select the camera tab. You can increase your light filter threshold to help minimize how much light is registered. You may need to cover the window or move the TrackIR in order to stop the interference.
