New TrackIR 5 (#******) w/ TrackClip Pro.
Downloaded the latest driver/software from website (v5.2.200 Build 14548).
While Windows does detect the hardware (can see NaturalPoint Device -> TrackIR 5 in Device Manager), the software does not.
Have attempted the troubleshooting steps to no avail.
Tried to use software v4 (v4.2 Build 39). The software crashes upon plugging the hardware in. The window does not show up if v4 is loaded while the hardware is plugged in.
Please help.
