I'm sorry to say that after days of trying to get it to work with P3D, despite downloading the latest driver.
The red dots come on, the red lights on either side come on and finally the green right light only comes on. For some reason, the two simply will not come on together.
In flight, it does seem to have some effect because in flight the airplane views change from virtual cockpit and around the circuit of outside views, back to the cockpit and repeating this cycle until I get fed up and fly without it.
Incidentally, It has always worked perfectly with FSX.
Have you fellers any advice you can give me please?

Re: P3D
JohnY,
I would need a little clarification, what "red dots" come on? If both lights are red that is showing the TrackIR as paused, would you double check that for me? Finally, if the right LED is the one that turns green, it means that it is seeing the game. The left LED indicates whether or not the TrackIR is tracking you, if it doesn't come on, then there is a problem that likely isn't related to P3D. If you go into the camera view, what do you see?
Regards,
