Motive dropping rigid bodies on reopening project

I did the camera calibration and created a project. I have six rigid bodies defined within the project and motive tracks them just fine all over the required volume.

However when I close motive and reopen the project again, sometimes one of the rigid bodies ( not a particular one, it can vary from one body to another) is not detected even though all the markers on it are being shown and it is shown as being defined in the "Rigid bodies" tab.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have tried redoing the callibration from scratch and creating a new project but that has the same issues.
