Update from Arena to Motive Tracker

Hello.

I have one hardware key with an Arena license. I would like to buy Motive Tracker and associate the license with the same hardward key.
1) Is it possible to have the two licenses on the same key? If so, how does it works? Is the "Licensed product codes emailed to SHIPPING email address" sufficient?
2) If not, can I update Arena to Motive Tracker? On the website, it seems only possible to update from Tracking Tools.
