Export data

Hi everybody, I'm new using Motive and I'm having lots of troubles when trying to export data from Motive. When I open the csv exported, all X,Y,Z o all markers remain constant in the same initial value (all the columns in the csv file are constant for all the frames of the capture). I'm getting mad about it and I'd really apreciate some help please.

What version of Motive are you using? Could I possibly have sample data to review? If yes, please submit a ticket at help.naturalpoint.com and include the sample data.
