problem with inital IR screen, please help

I bet you have large fonts enabled, don't you? In common with older version of TIR software, version 2.0 does not display properly with large fonts. It didn't matter too much with the older builds, but seems to be terminal with v2.0. I have all sorts of trouble trying to terminate it, usally resulting in a lockup and reboot! Still, we can live in hope that this will be fixed?

sorry wish it were that simple, i am running normal size fonts and the right hand edge(i blew that in the inital post) is still partially cut off. Thanks for the responce, hope someone else has an answer...

I'm running XP home at 1024x768 and when i start NatualPoint program the screen i get does not appear to be complete. The left hand edge of screen seems cut off and i cannot access all features/information available. Also it is neccessary to use task manager to shut off program...any ideas, i've tried the uninstall reinstall trick..no luck..thanks in advance for your assistance

That has happened to me in several apps. Solution was really strange. I had installed the russian version of a program (i use the swedish version of windows) and all of a sudden it had made a slight change to all my system fonts(!). This cuased this problem is several apps. After uninstalling the program that caused the problem, all was fixed. I could not come up with any other solution.

This is my BIGGEST gripe with the TIR version... the large-fonts display is totally screwed !

About shutting down... just click on the main-button (this one is optional I guess), then press alt-F4 (this closes the application)

Hi BlackJack ...I ahyve just got TrackIT (and version 2.01 software) and ahve exactly your problem! Its really annoying because I cann't have access to all sliders and options ...DID YOU EVER FIND OUT THE ANSWER TO THIS PROBLEM?? (Like you, the problem remains whether I have large fonts OR normal fonts)

Hello:

The problem is that the font being used by the system, otherwise known as the "system font" is not the same as on the standard US Windows install version. You can change this in the control panel under display options. Make it Arial or something else.

We are aware of this problem and hope to have a work around soon.
