Track IR Software Not Closing

I have a rather odd situation in that when I close the Track IR software it will not close. It shows a screen that says it is "closing clients" or something to that effect but then it just sits there. I have to click on the message box and get Windows to force it to close.

Track IR 5
Win 7 64 bit.
Prepar3D v2.5
