trackir 5 not working on ATS

I had been using track ir 5 on ATS with no problem for a week or two. Two days ago when I logged in to ATS only one of the two green lights on the camera came on and it doesn't work at all. I noticed that ATS is enabled on the track ir web site. However, when I pull my profile up, ATS is not on the list of games. Can anyone advise me how to correct this situation?

Which of the green lights was on? Was it the right or left? Did the TrackIR software show that it was tracking correctly?

Tracking seems to be working fine on the graph on the profile site.

When looking at the camera on my monitor the green light to the right is not on. From the point of view of the camera, the light on the left is not on. And, as i said, according to the natural point website ATS is a track ir enhanced game. But on my profile ATS is NOT included in the list of games.

Would you please go to the TrackIR logo in the top left of the software and check for a games list update. ATS should be in the title list and if it isn't there may be a problem that you will have to create a ticket at help.naturalpoint.com for.

I had been checking the list of games on the software page for the last few days and ATS wasn't on the list. I specifically looked for updates today and updated the list, and there was ATS as big as you please. I logged into the game and trackir is working fine.
