TrackIR 5 suddenly stopped working with Project Cars: SOLVED

Last night until about 11:30PM I was playing Project Cars and my TrackIR 5 w/ Pro Clip was working just fine.

I decided to get on for a few minutes this morning and to my suprise, TrackIR isn't working with the game.

The left LED is green to let me know that it's detecting the Pro Clip, however when I start the game, the right green LED doesn't work.

I started American Truck Simulator to make sure it wasn't something on my end, but that worked just fine. I also ran everything as an administrator (Steam, TrackIR software, etc.), started the game again, and nothing.

At this point I restarted my computer, unplugged USB, uninstalled TrackIR 5.4.1, updated to 5.4.2, and then plugged in my TrackIR again.

It still will not detect that the game has started. When I get to a race, I'm in helmet cam and I cannot look around (Right LED is not lit).

So my question is, why would it suddenly stop detecting the game? I obviously didn't make any changes to my system (I was sleeping).

Launch in Oculus mode. It's a Project Cars issue apparently.
