SmartNav stop work after 45min

Don't know why I open SmartNav after 45-50 min stop working the green light also does not blink but red light blink and the cursor does not move&click
please help me

But if we hold the smartnav unit in some position the green light will come on and when we leave our hand the light will shut down but sometime it still come on but just for a while
