IR camera not recognized

Hi all, I'm french.

I received yesterday my trackir5 by the french official saler but IR camera doesn't work.

I tried it at home on my personnel computer with the following data:

windows 7 in 64bits

I did a little mistake, because I pluged the usb cable before to install the driver.

So I removed the driver and went to the regedit to remove all the name with naturalpoint.

I installed again the driver after reboot 2 times and the camera still not be supply.

The material still not recognized

To remove the doubt, i did the good way this morning on my work office computer, who is in

windows 8 in 64 bits and no recognezed too.

The light stilled not be supply but i can hear the noise of usb connecting.

For your information, I have already tried to install the driver manually but same thing.

I'm lost, if somebody can help me it will be great. Thanks peer advance for your help.

I want you to unplug the camera, uninstall the software, uninstall the drivers, delete the installer and then reboot. Once rebooted, I want you to download the installer: http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/downloads/ and then right-click it and select "Run as administrator". Let me know if that fixes the problem.
