Software pages not showing

I have used trackir5 for one month. Now for some reason when I double click the desktop icon a small icon appears on the taskbar and a box stating Trackir 5. If I click on the small icon a message appears stating track ir is already running and if I use fsx track ir is available as the 2 lights on the camera show. In other words I cannot access the trackir software to make adjustments to speed etc. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled and also rebooted the pc but to no avail. I am using Windows 7. Any advice please?

I have since solved my issue by locating Natural Point folder and file and deleting Settings.exe.

Sometimes the software will change the dimensions of the window in the settings.xml folder. You found the best way to fix that!
