TIR and disappearing mouse drivers ...HELP!

I installed my nifty new TIR last night and was very excited to get into FB and try it out ...

However, after I installed the drivers and plugged in the TIR my Mouse drivers vanished. Well they didn't exactly vanish but my system would no longer recognize my Razer boomslang 2000.

Any Ideas?

I really want to get this working but am running out of ideas

512 meg ram

So I bought a new mouse thinking that there may be a conflict with the razor boomslangs karna tech drivers ...

Logitech MX700 cordless usb mouse...

SAME PROBLEM.

Starting to get discouraged ... Am I the only person having this problem?

Interesting. I have a similar setup and am not having an issue with either my Boomslang or Logitech Dual Optical.

However, we'll see if we can replicate the problem.

I would try plugging in an old PS/2 mouse to see if you can isolate the problem even further.
