Hello,

I haven't used my Track IR in years but decided to bring it out again. I downloaded the software, and hooked it up. When powered on I see 4 red LED lights on the track IR sensor, but it doesn't recognize my hat clip. I borrowed someone elses hat clip and it doesn't recognize that either. I am sure there is a button or a setting I have off, I haven't used it in a while so I forgot how to set it up. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

What model of TrackIR are you using (3,4,5)? How many tracking markers are on your reflective hat TrackClip? If you have a TrackIR 3, you will need to activate your Vector Expansion License for the software to recognize your TrackClip properly.

It is I believe a TrackIR5. I purchased it in 2015. My hat TrackClip has 3 tracking markers on it.
