Sensor not working

I recently purchased a TrackIr5 and it was working fine for a while until it just stopped working. When I open the software it says "No device detected" and it doesn't show up on my computer as being a device. I have looked through the forms and YouTube and haven't found anyone having the same issue. I'm worried it could be a problem with the device, anyone have a fix for this?
