Problems on a new PC with League of Legends?

I used to play League of Legends with the SmartNAV (and dwellclicker) on my previous PC (which is now 7 years old). On my new machine, I can only run League of Legends if I TURN OFF the dwellclicker, which is obviously not very helpful I need it in the game.

Does anybody have any idea what’s going on here? I have run through various League of Legends troubleshooting tips and haven’t found anything helpful.
