TrackIR not reading headset properly

I've just received my TrackIR and tried getting it connected right away. Right off the bat though, I ran into a situation where the headset twists and turns in weird ways after hitting a certain point. https://www.screencast.com/t/Jy7n0G3qC

Thanks for the video showcasing your issue! It looks like you are experiencing 'marker swap' when two of the markers (green dots on the camera view) overlap. Reposition the TrackClip Pro so that the TrackIR camera can always independently see all three markers, which is critical for triangulation and 6DoF tracking.
