PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLATION

I have been trying to get Fb running smoothly and foolishly uninstalled and reinstalled the track ir software.The unit wasnt plugged in.Unfortunatlythe software isnt installing properly The main and other pages are truncated ,that is you cant see all of the page,its as if some of it is missing.Nither can i minimise or close down the software so it continues to run occupying the screen rather than dissapearing into the background when i run Fb.
I have installed and uninstalled the software 3 times,unit unplugged,rebooted etc-any thoughts on sorting this out?

Are you using 'large fonts' by any chance ?
