I have ordered Lockon FC from you website about a week ago (when it was possible to add the game to the shopping cart) together with 1 trackir4. i have only received the trackir4 WITHOUT the game. Went to your website, looked all over it and WOW, you no longer sell the game!
First question: why?
Second: how can i still buy it? do you plan on selling it again in the future?

If you ordered Lock On FC from our online store and did not receive it in your order, it means that you ordered right as we went out of stock and before the status was changed on the website.
You should have been contacted by our sales and shipping department about the order change and information about a credit applied to your credit card. If you have not, please contact them and be sure to have your order number at hand.
We will not be selling any additional copies of Lock On FC, but were happy that we were able to make it available to the community. You may still be able to get a copy of it from the Eagle Dynamics website

- in my country (Romania) is next to impossible to buy lockon 1.1 so you were my chance of getting my hands on it
- i can understand you were out of stock, i can also undestand when you say you will never sell it again but i don't understand how on Earth do you start selling it again only days after you say here, on the forum, that naturalpoint no longer sells lockon
For some reasons I don't want to buy the downloadable version but it seems you left me no choice....i'm not holding it against you but i will not order it again from you.

We apologize for any confusion there may have been regarding LockOn Flaming Cliffs.
When we exhausted our remaining stock of the title we did not expect to carry the product in our online store any longer. However, new discussions and conditions with the supplier allowed us to resume carrying it, and we are happy to provide it to the community again. We now have a sizeable quantity in stock, so there should be no issues with ordering
