Track IR2 Setup

Just got the system installed and it works great. However I have not been able to slow it down or make it a tad less sensitive, I am just stupid I guess. Anyway can you guys point me in the right direction for a little adjustment?

Is it Warbirds that is too fast? What other games are you having difficulty with?
