TrackIr in FS2004 and instrumnents

I believe I have discovered an easy solution to the 'ten degree only' bug setting problem with some panels in FS2004.

While the TrackIR is active, some instruments can only be set in larger increments. However as soon as it is disabled with the hotkey, the problem goes away. Since you don't need to pan around while you're setting an instrument, it's no problem to tap a key to disable, set the instrument(s), and tap the key again to restore panning instantly.
I have set the left Windows key to perform this function and the routine presents absolutely no problems.
