No Data problem again!!!

It worked for a week or so.
Now again I get the no data error.
I uninstall/re install, change USB ports and nothing.

Green light comes on for a second then off
The other lights stay on.

Please any ideas?

Not too sure if you have contacted me by e-mail.

In the Device Manager is TrackIR recognized correctly?

Would it be possible for you to try the unit on another computer owing to the distance that you are from us?

Please let me know the above, and if possible e-mail me with a serial number.

Wayne: yes I have contacted you before by e mail.
I had the same problem 2 weeks ago when I just recieved the unit, it worked for 2 days then got the No Data.
then
I tried it in my firends PC and it worked there, then I brought it home and it also worked in my PC, for a week, now again I get the No data error.

Under device manager is shown correctly

What can I do now?

I am not in work at the moment, however I have e-mailed you twice and I have been waiting for you to reply to the tests that I have asked for you to do.

I will e-mail you in the morning when I am in the office to have the unit returned here for me to look at.

I installed the Via USB patch and got it to work for an hour or so, then again No Data.
