My tir3 is messed up

I'm running the 3.12 software. I also tried the 3.10's that came with my tir. Here are some screenshots.

I have 3 computers at my house and I was able to replicate this problem on all three. I should also add that this is the first time I've tried using tir since I installed sp2 on my computers. oh yeah.. running xp home on 2 systems and xp pro on the other one.. Thanks for any help you can give me.
