only 3 red led lights

I just got my track ir 3 last week.Set it up and I only have three red led lights. the tracker seems to be working fine. Any Ideas??

Have you tried turning the lights on and off in the app to see what happens?

I tried turning them on and off a few times with no luck.Still only three lights.
