Hi!
I have been using my TrackIR 3 PRO (without Vector Expansion) for 3 months now. Everything worked fine until one day (a week ago) while playing Il-2, my TIR suddently stopped working. I unpluged TIR and repluged it again, but Windows could not recognize it. So I tried to plug it in every of my six USB root hubs but I still had the same problem - "Unknown device found". Then I restarted my PC several times and somehow my problem was solved.
It was solved for a day or two when the same problem occured again. This time I wasn't able to fix it even after 2 hours of PC restarting and USB pluging/unpluging. So I reformated my HDD and installed Windows together with all new drivers and TIR. It worked for about 2 hours when it stopped working again. I have even tried it on a different PC but the problem remains.
I really don't know what to do and I hope that you can help.
Thanks inadvance.
Martin

Now, that's a quick response! I wasn't expecting it but I'm happy it is that way. So far I am very impressed with Naturalpoints customer support!
I have already send you my setupapi log file so you can tak a closer look at it. Hope you will find the problem!
