Battlefield 2 adaptable?

Post by Spike »

Hi,

I've just purchased a TrackIr 3 Pro with Vector expansion pack. True with LockOn its truly is and extreme experience with this hardware.

I'm wondering if possible to adapt it to Battlefield 2, first person shooter from EA games? If so, how to proceed? If not. Any chances of making it happen in the near future?

I'm enjoying my new purchase very much so. But presently restricted only to LockOn flaming cliff until I find someway, if possible, to adapt it with my other games. Is the harware limited to the games that its presently posted on the main website?

Big thanks to http://www.extremegamingdevices.com/ for providing the product for me.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Cheers

Hello:

I am glad you are enjoying your TrackIR! The list of TrackIR Enhanced games has been growing steadliy over the past few years and we expect to be adding more titles regularly. We are investigating BF2 now and if it can be done it will.

While we are waiting, is there a way to implement the TIRMouse to enable viewing while flying Helos in BF2?

I've seen threads of this but it was not clear on how to make this work. I was able to use Mouse emu to move my stick but I can't make it move the view.

Please do the needful.

Thanks,
Gunny

It only works with the mouse look key within the game... you have to map this key I believe for it to work.
