not able to create skeleton

Im a Visual computing student that has to work with optitrack and motive for a uni project. The set up and Calibrating went of without a problem, but when putting on a suit and trying to add a skeleton on it like i saw on many tutorial videos, the skeleton option didnt show up to choose from(Screenshot 1). I tried to add a new skeleton under assets but when clicking on new skeleton nothing happens. I already tried different versions and reinstalls but nothing helped. I used mostly this video to see what to do (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miK3YqNsskE&t=1162s). Any idea what to do next?
