Unable to Associate Profile With Title

I read the set up instructions, created a profile called XPlane (for X-Plane 11), then went into the Titles tab and assigned the drop down selection "X-Plane" to that profile. I start the Tracker application, then start X-Plane 11, but no joy. The Blue Case LED light is off.
Any assistance in appreciated.

I apologize that I did not see this post sooner - typically TrackIR questions are in the TrackIR section of the forum - I have moved this one accordingly. Do you still need assistance with this issue? Have you enabled TrackIR in X-Plane's settings by clicking the corresponding checkbox?
