'Control acceleration' in FS9

Post by mhuck »

Hello,

I have a problem with FS9 / TrackIR3 (without Vector expansion) and 'Control Acceleration'.
It makes the elevator trim and gauge dials very hard to adjust.
It occurs when the CPU workload gets higher, for example when I activate AntiAliasing.

last year someone wrote:

That is exactly the same problem (with TrackIR3, FS9 and FSUIPC 3.600/3.617).
I already talked to Pete Dowson, but he couldn't help me. I found out that the problem goes away when I switch TrackIR to pause.
FSUIPC's "Fix Control Acceleration" doesn't help.

Is there a solution for this problem ?

Can you email me the profile you are using?
Also, can you give me the details on the plane you are using, and how you think TrackIR is affecting everything, so i can try to recreate the issue on our demo machines.

(i'm afaid i'm not much of a pilot, so elevator trim and such puzzled me for a bit).

thanks, I hope I can help on this one.
(though we may want to post about it in the FS9 forum to see what other pilots think).
