GTR2 Demo TIR Pro3 not responding *FIXED*

Hi, I installed the GTR2 Demo only to find no head movement ingame. The software shows as working normal, (and still works fine in GTR & GTL) but there is no response ingame.

GTR 2 looks mighty good, but without TIR it's just not the same.

Any suggestions to get it working much appreciated.

(I've tried reinstalling the demo to no avail)

Just installed the:
