Trakir5 Not working

I havent used my trackir5 for some time.

Today i plugged it in and it does not seem to be working, I read up on a few solutions and as a result i uninstalled the software per your support team instructions and reinstalled.

When i start my computer and before i run trackir software the trackir screen shows an intermittent blue light flashing around every 6 to 8 seconds at the bottom the screen.

The blue light continues flashing until i then run the software at which it stops.

Screenshot Trakir1 shows the software once when opened, however the screen does not show a blue light at the top as expected, nor does it recognise my pro clip when lined up for syncing.

The status on the trackir software shows as green in the right hand corner and ON in the left hand corner when the mouse is pressed on the green light. When mouse is hovered over green light it displays Camera Detected and Connected.

When I press Pause F9 with mouse and release, the red light appears on the top of screen and stays on until i press Pause F9 again.

Please assist.

That will allow us to send you an email, and you can reply with the screenshots to show what you are seeing.

Are you certain that you are using a TrackIR5? A flashing blue LED was common on the TrackIR 3 and TrackIR 4, and it indicated the device was in standby mode. For these models, a blue case LED indicates that a TrackIR enhanced title is running. I would make sure that you have updated the Games List and that the game you are running is showing on the list of Titles. You may also need to run both the TrackIR Software and the game as an Administrator so that the two can communicate successfully.
