TrackIR 5 won't even turn on
TrackIR 5 won't even turn on
I got my track ir 5 for birthday yesterday, and initially when I plugged it into my USB port it did turn on. But today when I try using it it will not turn on. The two red dots did flash for a second, but now nothing. The green lights on the sides aren't turning on either. Is it broken? Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? Also I know there is power getting to it because when I hit pause on the software the two lights turn orange.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that the new device is giving abnormal behaviors.
-What version of TrackIR are you running?
-Are you using the TrackClip markers? Do you have the TrackClip option enabled in the software? This is a Tracking Target button found under the Basic Settings. If you have it set to TrackClipPro, this will disable the two red IR LEDs. However, each time you launch the software with the TrackClipPro setting the LEDs will turn on for just a second like you described.
