The format of timecode within natnet

Ive seen similar posts on hear to which there seems very minimal replies,

My issue is im reading the timestamp which is;
39309019648
for capture start in motive but the time code is;
9:39:00:10.00

I have been trying for several days now to figure out this conversion and cant any help would be greatly appreciated.

A 64-bit value is frequently used to represent the timecode format in NatNet, where the first component denotes minutes and the second part sub-seconds. In real-time applications, this enables accurate motion capture data synchronization and timestamping.

I also had a similar issue when trying to convert timestamps in Motive. It felt like there was a clear gap between the time systems, and it took a long time to figure out how to convert correctly. If you can experiment with conversion tools or consult the community documentation, it might help.
