TrackIR v5.5.3 not recognised in MSFS 2024

Hello,
I launch TrackIR v5.5.3
Then I launch MSFS 2024
The right led is green and the Title is "MS Flight Simulator"

In MSFS I go to parameters/commands, select the left tab TrackIR.
On the general command there is only "tobii" profile
If I select assign filter, there is no command
If I try to assign an axis, it does not find the entry

Are you starting both the TrackIR software and MSFS 2024 with or without administrative privileges? Is the TrackIR working in the TrackIR software? It sounds like the software is successfully connecting with MSFS 2024 (since the green LED is on and the title is showing), so there may be a setting in MSFS 2024 that needs to be changed. For example, is there a camera menu that includes a setting for TrackIR?

Hi Scal,

I would try starting both the TrackIR software and MSFS 2024 with Administrative privileges. It sounds like there may be a disconnect between the two, and starting them both the same way may resolve the issue.
