My TrackClip Pro broke last year because my headset was too thick, the clip part cracked and I lost the Track IR Base a long time ago. Tired of my duct taped rigging so I tried to order new ones today and the shipping to Canada is $160, for $42 worth of product... What is up with this?

Unlike some other companies, we do not include the cost of shipping when we price our products. The shipping cost you see is the actual cost we pay for shipping via UPS. You may want to consider ordering from a reseller who buys our products in bulk (you can find out authorized dealers here: https://www.trackir.com/dealers) and who has already paid the import taxes (note that these are not included in the shipping cost on our website).
