What program do you guys use to make your videos?

I use fraps to capture and window movie maker to compress, and the raw fraps avi's are really good but huge.

When I compress with movie maker at the best setting, it doesn't look bad, but yours look way better. Windows movie maker doesn't seem to hold the quality as well as the program you guys use. So, what is it?

Ahh, a Trade Secret! We actuall have a dedicated solution that makes the videos look great, we don't use FRAPS, although I have it and I like the program. We compress with Windows Media 9.
