Double Green Lights Gone??

I just received and installed. Used it in ARMA REFORGER (AR) on STEAM with no problems first day and two green lights. Now, with only the left green light, it won't control the characters or whether I'm walking, driving or flying. I've ensured that TIR is running first, I've restarted my computer, and I've used the latest download file to 'Repair' the install. Still no control in AR.

I'm guessing I'm making a noob error?? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hello WARTIME,

Is the TrackIR software successfully detecting your head movement? Is Arma Reforger in the Titles list of your TrackIR software? You may need to ensure that both the TrackIR software and ARMA REFORGER are running with administrative privileges or are running without administrative privileges.
