Hey there,

i do not know why but today my Track IR5 started to bug.

lights and sensor are clean.
cables are not damaged.
tried other usb ports.
tried restarting the application and the pc multiple times.

check attachments for what im talking about.

Have you tried switching the software to Camera View to see if there are red splotches that indicate light interference/additional sources of infrared light? Is the camera not detecting at all, or is it behaving oddly?
