I have returned to track IR after several years
I bought a new camera, hat clip and ir track pro
Installed the program. Left lights up and rt activates in game as expected
the problem I have is as follows.
In the past camera showed good axis axis correlation in all directions with correct head movement. No adjustments needed
Now the axis are all distorted. Looking up goes fine and first and then flips upside down.
Looking to the rt the camera and then twists upward
Cannot look left.
I see some red and blue arrows at times but they are not mentioned in the manual
How to do I configure this
I have tried different cameras and reinstalled program multiple times
windows 11, i7, nvidia 3080

Re: Returning to track IR Please help
Hi Gladius55,
I would start by switching the software to Camera View and tracking how the camera is detecting the LEDs. At what points does it lose sight of the LEDs and cause the dots to turn red? Do those correspond with the times when the view flips? You may need to either adjust the position of the camera and the clip (this guide shows the proper alignment: https://d1rhoi6onixddn.cloudfront.net/d ... _23.06.pdf) or adjust the the motion control settings so that smaller head movements are needed to cover the same distance.
Kind Regards,
