where is the activasion code?

Ok, got my Vector Expansion earlier today... In the package there were:
1 Track IR hat
1 vector expansion "thingy"
1 quick start quide v.2
NO ACTIVASION CODE!!!

I ordered it from my local computer shop... One thing that amazed both me and my friend that works there was the complete absence of packaging, yupp everything was lying loose in a small cardboard box, not even wrapped in plastic or anything (can you spell broken delivery) I took the stuff home and thats when i noticed I couldn't find any activasion code anywhere!
WTF is this, you order a "made in china" hat and a piece of metal for a price of almost 80 bucks (including the fees for shipment etc) you could atleast expect the stuff to be packaged correctly...
I hope I can get help with this from someone.

I also talked to my friend in the comp shop again, he said he couldn't find any card or paper with an activasion code

I ordered mine from NaturalPoint and it also came loose in the box. The TRACKIR ws sealed in a plastic container but the activation code was on a small piece of paper just floating around, could have easily missed it.

Well, my friend at the comp shop called the company where he ordered from and they were kind enough to give him a serial and hash over phone so my Vector Expansion is working now.

But I still think naturalpoint should package the Vector Expansion better, I'm probably not the first one with this problem.
