movement and views

Post by :FI:Pike »

Dear all,

Just checking.............is it me doing something wrong or is there a problem with the software??
I have Pro3 with vector expansion. The problem is that when I play OFF and try to look behind and around the headrest i.e. lean out the view moves AWAY and not TOWARDS me so I can't get a good view of anything behind me. When I am looking ahead and move towards the front and side it has the desired effect and I see along the side of the nose. Is it a case of adjustment or is everything reversed when looking behind because if I move back the view sometimes shows more of the rear stabilisers and if I raise up I can sometimes get a better view but it is not that reliable or stable. In any other views all is fine so I am not certain that it isnot me that is moving incorrectly.
Best regards,
SLP

Hi, no it is not a matter of you doing something wrong. It is a limitation in the way that TIR works, as once you go past 90deg in one axis the math cannot switch over at the moment (please correct em if I am wrong Birch).

For me it is something that I can work around and does not spoil TIR for me.
