TrackIR 5 - device not detected

Hello,
I've had my TrackIR software running for years and suddently it stopped working.
Leds don't come on on the camera and in software I get device not detected. The device also does not appear in the Win 11 device manager.
I've uninstalled, deleted all folders, unplugged, reinsalled using admin the latest version, changed USB port but nothing helps.

Anything else I can try?

Hello Shomron,

If the unit is not detected in Device Manager and you've tested it with more than one computer, then it sounds like the camera is no longer functioning and a replacement would need to be purchased.
