Hello everyone! I need your help!
I have TrackIR with the software updated to the latest version (since I reinstalled it due to the problem I'm about to describe, I believe it's 5.5.x I don’t remember exactly and I’m not home). Well, a few days ago, my XP12 updated to the latest available version (12.3.3) and I had a win11 update the same day. I don't know if there is som kind of correlation, but since that moment, TrackIR has lost functionality! If I launch TrackIR before XP (as instructions), when I get into the cockpit, the view remain freezed and nothing moves; X-Camera also stops working (it doesn't change views) and I can't even use the mouse to move the view. Everything is blocked!
Please note that:
• If I restart without launching TrackIR, X-Camera and the mouse return to function regularly.
• If I launch the TrackIR software standalone, the device registers the position and responds perfectly to head movement (this is visible on the adjustment system)
- TrackIR is workin perfectly with Prepar3d v3.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Can someone kindly help me?
