Assistance needed for strange anomaly

My TrackIR 4 Pro has recently begun to indicate erratic tracking behavior along the vertical axis (I believe the axis that enables looking side to side). I have a picture that shows some strange indication in the device "tracking window" although Im unable to figure out how to upload to the forum. Basically, it shows the standard triangular dot pattern with the addition of a fourth dot residing on the upper right side of the track window. Additionally, some of the dots on the tracking widow will change from green to red with head movement. The resulting in-game experience is erratic panning. Any help would be nicely appreciated.

Please disregard. Moved into a new house & needed to increase light filtering. Problem resolved.
