How does the TIR4 center itself

in the virtual cockpit, or does it just center itself relative to where your head is?

The reason I ask is because some of my aircraft config files have been slightly changed to have the eyepoint slightly more up/down or left/right or forward/backward.

I don't have this unit yet so maybe my question is dumb.

You can readjust the center point from within the application you are running. We use the default key setting of F12 in our software, which tells the unit to recenter the view.

As Vincent said and you can assigne a different key or button on your controler. To do this go into Edit Mode and goto 'Keys' click the button and then the key/button that you want to use.
