TrackIR 4

Hiya Guys

Just a quick question. Is it ok for the TrackIR 4 "camera" to get hot? I say this because I have it clipped to the top of my
flat panel LCD monitor and it does seem to get pretty warm.

Should I try and find somewhere else to fit it or is it designed to withstand that kind of heat?

I do not want to cook my new "toy" so please let me know!

Mine gets quite warm also, been doing it for the 9 months I've had it and there have been no probs at all. Don't think it's anything to worry about

Same here if it is of help. Mine has been hot from day one and my pc is on sometimes for days to no ill effect.
