Chase view in IL2 1946

I have installed IL2 1946 and have just started using trackIR4.
I find I can not get the chase view (F8) to work when trackIR is on. When I press F8 nothing happens.
Is there any way to make F8 work when trackIR is on?

The issue is a conflict between IL2 using the F8 key, as well the TrackIR software.

1 - Highlight the profile for IL-2, default is Combat Flight

2 - Select edit, and go to the HotKeys Tab.

3 - Select the change button for precision mode, and select a different key for this function.
