Using TrackIR with different Cameras???

Is it possible to use my TrackIR4 with other views other than the cockpit in NASCAR Racing 2003?

I would like to use it for the spectator camera to look around at the race during replays. What file or files needs to be modified to enable TrackIR from different cameras?

The support for that mode of viewing would have to be added by the game developer.
