Bad Support on C120 Drivers Installation

Post by Kowaltski »

We buy 4 cameras from Natural Point las week and try for 3 days (and nights) to install... we try on Toshiba Satellite Laptop, and an Intel based P4 Desktop unit and the message is the same ..."The specified location does not contain information about your hardware".

We try install any of the 4 cameras and we obtain same answer, we try to install on other Laptop and again....

We write many emails and not received any answer.

It's very disappointed pay more than US$2000 for equipment and not receive a good support, the installation manual is a single page of paper and not help too much.

WE NEED INSTALL AND USE THIS EQUIPMENT...RIGHT NOW!

PLEASE HELP US.

Thanks in advance.

You may have a USB 1 vs USB 2 problem. Have not used these cameras on USB 1 but our 4 cameras work fine from both desktops and laptops (Dell optiplex and Precision desktops and Dell M70 laptops.) All running win XP SP2.
Make sure you let windows do its install thing after you install the SDK then plug in the camera.
